Committees

Members of the Society are active in several committees, each of which has primary responsibility for one aspect of the Society's business. Each committee reports to either a board member or the whole board. The committees currently include:

Society Standing Committees

A number of standing committees are mandated by the Society's constitution. Standing committees may be formed or disbanded only by instruction of the membership at a General Meeting.

Society committees may be formed or disbanded only by instruction of the membership at a General Meeting. They are primarily intended to oversee one specialized aspect of the Society's everyday business. Some Society Committees may be formed to tackle temporary issues of the day and may be disbanded when their objective is achieved.
