After 14 years of retirement the boys have decided to re-unite with their fans in a cross Canada reunion tour! This is one reunion you won't want to miss!

For an incredible 32 years from 1964 to 1996 The Carlton Showband evolved as one of the most respected and recognized bands in all of Canada. With a generous helping of Irish, a dash or two of down home Country, a touch of pop, Rock and even classical.... their show was a recipe for happiness from day one.

The 'rocket of success' was fully launched in 1967 when the band joined 'The Pig N' Whistle', a television show that for eleven seasons would be one of the highest rated shows in the CTV collection. From that point on, it was an incredible 32 years of non-stop entertaining from Vancouver Island in the West to St. John's Newfoundland in the East. It's safe to say there wasn't a town anywhere that hadn't seen at least one memorable performance by this infectious group.

The music, the comedy, the variety, the laughter and the tears made it all happen - a show anyone could enjoy. The awards came in droves - including Junos, Big Country Awards, and both gold and platinum albums. Whether in a big city theatre, on a small stage at an outdoor festival, headlining a major exhibition, convention, or a big show in the community arena, the result was always the same - an evening of pure happiness.

As regulars on the popular CTV show, The Pig and Whistle for ten years (1967-1977) this legendary Irish tinged group had a number of Top 10 songs on various radio charts, including "The Merry Ploughboy" in '66, "Roll It Around in Your Mind" in 1972 and "Hard Times (Comin' Down Again)" in 1979.

Someone once remarked after hearing the Carlton Showband, "if you can sit through a performance without tapping your toes, without a smile coming to your lips, without a lump coming to your throat - you're clinically dead!"

The original members - Freddy White, Aaron Lewis, Gregory Donaghey, Roddy Lee, Robert and Larris Benoit - will bring you the show you've come to expect.
